1. How experienced and trained is your staff?

We are proud to possess the best available talent in the industry. All our employees have several years working experience in the field of medical billing/practice management. They keep abreast with the changes that occur in the health care sector by participating in webinars and closely following-up on related news articles. They are trained on topics, which are relevant to the work we do and which impact the healthcare industry in general and our clients in particular.

Ability to consistently deliver high quality services above industry standards is possible for us only because of our highly proficient staff.

2. How would the nature of service you provide be different from other billers?

Unlike other billing companies, we maintain an Optimal Biller / Client Ratio and assign at least two of our staff to each client depending on the size of the practice and their billing needs. These billers work in tandem with each other and serve as backups for one another ensuring that the billing cycle is not interrupted. Billing staff assigned to each account will handle all aspects of billing from demographic entry, charge entry, electronic processing of claims to following up on collections.

The practice of each client is thoroughly analyzed by the team leader and the billers assigned to the account and a manual is compiled and is conscientiously updated with any changes that might effect billing pertaining to that particular account. This manual is also incorporated with any specific directives given by the client and these instructions are strictly adhered to.

3. How up-to-date are you on coding?
We play a strictly advisory role as far as coding is concerned because coding is ultimately the provider’s lookout. We pride ourselves in the fact that we are capable of advising our clients with coding guidelines backed by extensive research and thorough analysis. With prolonged industry exposure and invaluable experience of billing for a wide range of specialties, our proficiency and skill extends considerably to the area of coding.
4. How early can I notice an increase in my revenue inflow?

We generate revenue reimbursement as early as within 30-45 days upon commencement of billing* with a small fraction spilling into the 60 day bracket. We increase collections for each practice significantly up to 99% of allowed amount. 

*billing commences only after thorough analysis and completion of mandatory formalities such as credentialing, EDI approvals etc if any.
