Unlike other billing companies, we maintain an Optimal Biller / Client Ratio and assign at least two of our staff to each client depending on the size of the practice and their billing needs. These billers work in tandem with each other and serve as backups for one another ensuring that the billing cycle is not interrupted. Billing staff assigned to each account will handle all aspects of billing from demographic entry, charge entry, electronic processing of claims to following up on collections.
The practice of each client is thoroughly analyzed by the team leader and the billers assigned to the account and a manual is compiled and is conscientiously updated with any changes that might effect billing pertaining to that particular account. This manual is also incorporated with any specific directives given by the client and these instructions are strictly adhered to. |
